Richard Crosby has 30 years’ financial markets experience. He ran the Asian fixed income and foreign exchange sales business at SBC O’Connor and was global head of sales at Nationsbank. Most recently Richard worked for a specialist systematic foreign exchange manager before setting up the London office of Weston Capital, a fund of funds and hedge fund seeding business.

Campbell Clarke has worked in alternative investments for 10 years, starting as a systematic foreign exchange manager before joining Weston Capital. At Weston, Campbell marketed fund of funds and single hedge fund managers. He has a BA

Rick Dykstra worked in the foreign exchange markets for 20 years. He trained at SBC O’Connor and then became global head of investor sales at Nationsbank before seven years at Goldman Sachs and three years at Deutsche Bank. In 2007 Rick joined Weston Capital to market seeded managers to a varied client base. He has a BA in economics from Cambridge University.
